  • You get a private AI diagnostic session, a written Time Map of your current workflow, and a custom AI workflow design. If you move into implementation, you also get a working AI system that handles parts of your email, follow-up, and admin in your voice, plus training and a 90-day refinement period.

  • The diagnostic requires one 60-90 minute session. Implementation typically involves 1-2 shorter follow-ups to review drafts, rules, and examples. We do the heavy lifting behind the scenes so you are not learning new software all day.

  • Brokerage tools are built for thousands of agents at once. They optimize for the average user. We work only with a small number of top agents and design AI around your specific workflows, your brand, and your privacy requirements. Nothing is shared or templatized across clients.

  • No. We do not sell a one-size-fits-all app. We are an AI operations team that learns your business and then either connects the best existing tools or builds what is missing, specifically for you.

  • We treat privacy as a feature. We can keep your clients’ details and communication on controlled infrastructure, including private or local servers if needed. We do not resell or reuse your playbook, communication, or workflows for other agents.

  • Yes. Many of our best conversations are with agents who already use AI like a smarter Google. The difference here is moving from “asking AI questions” to “AI doing work for you every day.” If you are not yet saving 10 or more hours a week through AI, there is still a lot on the table.

  • This is a premium, bespoke service. Pricing depends on the complexity of your workflows and the scope of the build. Most agents start with the diagnostic session, then receive a clear proposal for the full build once we understand what you need.

  • You are: A top agent or team doing at least 50 transactions or $100M+ in annual volume, an agent who know their way works and want technology that supports it, or someone who cares deeply about client experience and protecting their own brand

  • New agents looking for basic scripts or generic marketing materials, teams who want a cheap, mass training on “AI 101,” or anyone who is not ready to change how their time is spent
